Natural minimalism

This project features tiling work carried out by Lin Works for Carma UK Construction project across a modern bathroom and steam room. The bathroom is finished with large-format wood effect tiles, offering a continuous surface throughout. The steam room is tiled from floor to ceiling with natural-stone porcelain tiles. Built-in benches, recessed storage niches, and subtle floor gradients are incorporated into the layout for both function and comfort.

This bespoke steam room features full-surface tiling in a warm, natural stone finish, offering a seamless and tranquil aesthetic. Precision-cut tiles flow across the walls, ceiling, and built-in seating for a continuous visual experience. Recessed shelving and clean-lined niches add both function and architectural interest. Designed for relaxation and durability, this space reflects craftsmanship with a minimalist sensibility.

Spacious elegance

This spacious bathroom features tiling work completed by Lin Works, With large-format stone-effect porcelain tiles to create a sleek, modern finish that complements the architectural design.

A walk-in glass shower enclosure, freestanding bathtub, and custom wood-accented wall shelving complement the modern layout, while sloped ceilings with exposed beams and skylights introduce natural light and structural character.

Blue led glow accent

This set of images shows bathroom installations completed by Lin Works, including full wall and floor tiling in neutral tones. Large-format ceramic or porcelain tiles in neutral tones have been used throughout to create a clean and seamless finish across baths, showers, and surrounding walls. Integrated niches provide built-in storage within shower and bath areas, some with added LED lighting.

Textured contrast

This shower installation features a combination of textured dark wall tiles and smooth large-format light tiles, creating a visual contrast. A recessed niche with integrated lighting provides both storage and ambient illumination.

traditional Style & geometric patterns

A range of bathrooms completed by Lin Works, with the use of patterned, geometric, and traditional styles. Each bathroom features versatility of tiles suited to the space—ranging from bold wall patterns and herringbone floors to classic metro tiles and mosaic finishes.

Neutral elegance

The renovations balance traditional charm with modern convenience, resulting in fresh, inviting interiors that enhance everyday comfort and style.
